How to ask for a refund

Message us on WhatsApp or email help@mojo4k.uk with your order details. We will usually try to fix any problem first, but the choice is yours.

When refunds don’t apply

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
• Accounts suspended for sharing or reselling logins.

How long it takes

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
